Kyle Rohrbaugh - Loan Officer and Principal

Kyle has been originating mortgage loans for over 8 years. He has consistently produced at a top level and loves writing loans. He holds an accounting degree from Pepperdine University and values his role as an advisor - helping clients make great choices with their mortgage options and overall financial strategy. Kyle loves his Seattle sports teams, is most happy on a sailboat, and is trying to learn how to fly fish. He was raised and still resides in Gig Harbor, WA. He is happily married to his wife Leah and is a new dad of a baby foster daughter.

Eric Engelland - Loan Officer and Principal

Eric just entered his 18th year in residential mortgage loan origination. Over that time he has been a top performing loan officer, managed and led production teams, owned a mortgage brokerage, invested in and developed residential and commercial real estate, and consulted professional organizations on mortgage industry issues. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Washington and enjoys the people and clients he works with as much or more than the numbers he manages in creating great opportunities and outcomes for everyone in his care. Away from work, Eric likes to play racquetball and squash, follow Husky basketball and football, teach Sunday School to 4th and 5th graders, and hang out with family and friends. Eric lives with his college sweetheart and wife of over 15 years and their three school age girls in Silverdale, WA.

Andrea Hall - Transaction Coordinator

Andrea has been working in mortgage lending for 8 years. She spent many years working as a loan processor and has enjoyed the transition into the role of Transaction Coordinator. Andrea is truly passionate about working closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals and realize the dreams of homeownership. Working as a Transactions Coordinator allows her the pleasure of working directly with the clients to help them navigate through the loan process smoothly. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Science. Andrea lives for winter and spends her free time snowboarding. She and her husband James are currently living in Renton.

Sara Hoffman - Loan Processor

She is an incredible team member and extremely skilled at ensuring our loans get through underwriting for a smooth closing.
