Jon grew up in the Hood River Valley then moved to Portland in 1984 to attend Lewis & Clark College where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  In 2005, Jon started a non-profit organization to help first time homebuyers, demonstrating his passion for helping others. Jon is happily married and has 3 active kids.
