Jennifer's Bio.

Jennifer Edwards is a long-time veteran of the mortgage industry here in Pierce & King County. Going back to 1994 when she attended the Seattle School of Mortgage Lending and received her certificate as a Certified Mortgage Originator, she set herself apart from many of her peers with her insistence on education for her industry long before legislative mandates required this of every mortgage loan originator in our country. She imparts her ongoing education as a state licensed mortgage loan originator to her clients by teaching Washington State Housing Commission sanctioned First Time Home Buyer classes, and to her referral partners by teaching ongoing continuing education as a licensed clock-hour instructor through the WA Department of Licensing.. With over 16 years of service in this industry, you can say Jennifer’s passion is educating everyone involved in the mortgage transaction.

Her goal is to ensure that a potentially stressful event, purchasing or refinancing your home, concludes as a stress-free and smooth experience that is ultimately exciting & fun. As a mother of three teenagers, Jennifer understands stress and the pressures of balancing home, church, community & professional obligations, and so in her, you will find a trusted advisor and friend. Her past experience in the Army, and as a South Tacoma Community OMNG Chair, working with the Tacoma Rescue Mission, Master Builder’s Association of Pierce County, TPCAR, WCR and running half-marathons have given her great insight into relational dynamics and longevity. Jennifer has the know-how, the endurance, and the patience to create workable solutions with hands-on resolutions.
