In lending for over 35 years from partnering in my own mortgage company (Select Mortgage) to working for Seattle First National Bank, Shelter Mortgage, Bank of America and now Cobalt Mortgage. I have worked with first time homeowners who have now been clients for many years with future purchases. As my client base has always been from referrals. I pride myself in giving people that "extra" attention that is needed when making a purchase as important as their own home. All my clients are very important to me no matter what their situation may be or what loan amount they are requesting.
