Leading Mortgage Banker Expands Bellevue Presence
Cobalt Mortgage recently announced the appointment of Ryan Wheelwright and Trevor Bennett as co-branch managers for the Bellevue Two office. “These gentlemen bring a depth of talent and expertise to the table,” stated Jeff Bell, Area Manager. “We are fortunate to add such successful professionals to our team.”
Ryan Wheelwright brings more than 10 years of mortgage lending and several years of management experience to the Cobalt Mortgage team. He is a proficient leader and a strong loan originator. “I am excited to build this branch in the Bellevue area,” Ryan stated. “This company is well-established and we are prepared to increase our market presence.”
With over 12 years of mortgage industry experience, Trevor Bennett has a track record for successful sales management. He has been recognized for top loan origination on a national level. “Aligning with Cobalt Mortgage was a perfect choice,” said Trevor. “Their dedication to responsible lending and consumer education mirrors my personal and professional goals.”
Ryan and Trevor are tasked with recruiting a strong team, developing efficient operations and growing the branch production levels. They are also producing managers and will focus on helping clients select the appropriate mortgage products to meet their financial needs. Both managers are members of the New Home Council and the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association.
