Cobalt Mortgage Expands Texas Operations
DALLAS, TX. Cobalt Mortgage recently announced the appointment of Paula Bonney as Branch Manager for Dallas. “As a native Texan and longtime Dallas resident, Paula is committed to serving the local community. Clients benefit from her professionalism and knowledge,” remarked Mike Matthews, Southwest Regional Manager for Cobalt Mortgage.
Paula has raised the bar in mortgage lending. For over two decades her focus has been to meet the needs of her clients through personal service and by carefully selecting the most appropriate product. “Helping clients achieve their financial goals has been the key to my success,” said Paula Bonney. “I firmly believe that if you help enough people get what they want in life, you will get what you want.”
As the Dallas branch launches, Paula will be responsible for recruiting new team members, mentoring, and developing the office. Following the Cobalt Mortgage business model, this branch will include local processors who understand the marketplace and offer a greater service to the area. “Paula’s strong reputation and dedication to customer service offers a firm foundation for this new branch office,” stated Dave Bochsler, National Sales Executive. “She appreciates our mission of providing responsible lending, education, and community involvement. I have faith that she will build a strong, professional team in this area.”
After finishing college at Transylvania University, Paula made Dallas her home. She and her husband Joe raised their son Chris, who is now a fighter pilot, Lt. Colonel and base commander in the Air Force, in the area. Paula has a darling Shih Tzu named Chloe Annette.
The new branch office for Cobalt Mortgage will be located in north Dallas, in the Park Cities area, on Sherry Lane. The office will open in early September 2012.
