Portland Oregon Branch Manager Announced
PORTLAND, OR. Cobalt Mortgage, headquartered in Kirkland Washington, one of the largest privately owned mortgage-banking firms on the west coast, recently announced the addition of Mark Holzmann, Branch Manager who will open a new office in the Portland area. “We are focusing on the Pearl District or East Portland,” said Kelly Lee, Regional Manager. “Mark will be utilizing nearly three decades of experience and business networking to recruit a strong professional team to establish this new branch.”
With over 28 years of residential mortgage experience, Mark Holzmann has been recognized as a national top producer and has held positions as branch, area, and regional sales manager. In addition, he has partnered to open two different mortgage operations. Mark is a long-term member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association and the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association. With mortgage licenses in both Oregon and Washington, Mark has formed relationships with industry professionals who work with clientele in both states. “I am excited to work with Cobalt Mortgage. The company is experiencing dynamic growth and we are poised to make a difference in the Portland market,” said Mark Holzmann. “Currently, I am focusing on developing a strong team and finding the best office location to serve our clients.”
