Cobalt Mortgage Opens Second Colorado Branch Office
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. Just two months after entering the Colorado market, Cobalt Mortgage, headquartered in Kirkland Washington, announced that it has opened its second branch office. “The new office in Colorado Springs broadens our presence in the market place,” said Nancy Smith, Regional Manager. “We have a strong team for this new office who have a background in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.”
Suzannah Mattson will lead the Colorado Springs office as the Branch Manager. With over 15 years of banking and mortgage experience, she is well positioned to build a strong customer-oriented team. Suzannah has been recognized for top sales production, both in her region and companywide. She has substantial experience in employee coaching and empowerment, business development, and relationship retention. Suzannah holds a bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and is involved in the Home Builders Association of Colorado Springs. A sports enthusiast, she belongs to the Women’s Mountain Biking Association and coaches U5 Pride Soccer. “Cobalt Mortgage is a strong, active, energetic company,” said Suzannah Mattson. “Their drive to participate in the community through responsible lending and neighborhood involvement is an ideal fit for Colorado Springs.”
